This vintage G1  mommy or mummy charm is Paint-A-Picture. She's white with orange hair and a white paint palette for her symbol. Paint-A-Picture's body is supposed to be blue, but her color has faded with time. 

The  were originally available in  of the My Little Pony line in specially marked My Little Pony packages. There were 20 different charms to collect and they could attach to a charm bracelet available separately through a .

Paint-A-Picture is in good vintage condition except for her faded coloring. 

The pony is flat on the bottom and is marked "1984 Hasbro."
